Some nets got arglebargley because I changed the ending of last week's comic in the wee hours of June 6. I went with a "safer" ending because the original was sad and vague. But life is like that sometimes, so I am reverting to the original comic ending, located here.

It is okay to be sad inside sometimes.

Hey folks I am feeling better this weekend - thank you for all the nice mails! FYI about the bobbleheads, the response seemed to be fairly positive, so I am talking to some bobblyfolk about possible costs and timeline for a small quantity. I hope to have an answer sometime this week, but regardless it probably would be a few months before you guys could grub them in your mitts, after sculpting, painting and uh, test bobbling.

This weekend I will be attending the always excitable WisCon feminist sci-fi convention, right here in Madison! I won't be at a table because it's hard to imagine too many feminists cooing over a lazy, somewhat racist superhero, but I will be randomly wandering about the halls with some bits n' bobs in case anyone runs into me.
